Q. Should my kids wear shoes or go barefoot?

A. Everyone is welcome to enter barefoot. However, some of our equipment for Ninja training is rather rough on bare feet and most would prefer shoes. But for this we must require the you use a pair of indoor-ONLY shoes. Please note: Due to the slippery nature of socks, they must also be removed. Thank you for helping preserve our facility and keep our floors clean!

Q. Are there exceptions to the age limits?

A. If students pass an assessment, coaches can approve younger children to move into a class above their age. Students must also be able to demonstrate focus and ability to follow coach instruction.
