GREEN LEVEL (BEGINNER) CLASSES

Beginner Gymnastics (Ages 5-8, and 8+)
This is a perfect place to start for new students who would like to get an overall taste of dance & tumbling, bars, beam and vault. For those who fall in love with all four artistic events and want more practice time, feel free to enroll in multiple all-around classes per week, drop-in to additional classes when your schedule allows, and/or consider 2x/week training.
Please note: Students must be able to listen and follow instruction from their coach. Children who struggle to do this will need to be moved into a Little Ninja class.
Ninja Green (Ages 5-8, 8+, and 12+)
Ninja Green is our starting point in the journey of building strong bodies, quick minds, confident kids. This class gets children started with a variety of progressions and techniques in Parkour, Ninja Warrior, and select techniques from gymnastics. As with all of our classes we ensure the participants have a blast! Our goal is for them to have be safe, have fun, and grow!

Parkour Green (Ages 5-8, and 8+)
Parkour is the sport of training to get over, under, around, and through obstacles with speed and efficiency. The premise of Parkour it to never stop moving, and trainees learn every conceivable method for overcoming obstacles so that they can make the correct choice in the time of need. Please note: Students must be able to listen and follow instruction from their coach. Children who struggle to do this will need to be moved into a Little Ninja class.
Family Classes
Family Class is as it sounds - an hour of fun for the whole family! All ages are welcome! During Family Class we will cover all of our curriculum programs (Ninja, Gymnastics and Parkour) at your family’s skill level. The best Family Activity you could ask for!
